CONSTRUCTING A HOME

The design of this house is certainly contemporary and integrates naturally into the surrounding area. On the south side the villa’s large windows offer a stunning and tranquil view of the surrounding landscape, and the many shutters bring this façade to life. The shutters, roof and chimney are throwbacks to traditional architecture, re-examined in this project.

This project goes beyond the traditional boundaries of Basque architecture and creates a new link between the past and the present.
