This building houses the headquarters of the group of local authorities ‘NIVE ADOUR’. It is located at the entrance of Lahonce’s industrial park. It is designed to be a figurehead, easily recognisable yet not ostentatious.
Aluminium Brise-soleils form a second membrane on the construction; they help reduce and regulate heat gain within the building by deflecting sunlight.
